Tucked away in the Wiltshire countryside near Chippenham, Kin House is a reimagined Georgian manor with a distinctly modern spirit. It’s part historic home, part creative retreat, a space designed for people who value originality, style and a sense of togetherness.

From the outside, it’s all classic symmetry and honey-stone elegance; inside, the interiors tell a different story, a world of artful detail, layered textures and impeccable taste. Designed by interiors studio Barlow & Barlow, Kin House feels warm, playful and effortlessly cool, with its signature mix of British craftsmanship, bold pattern and laid-back luxury.

For weddings, the house can be hired exclusively for up to 200 guests, with 12 individually designed bedrooms and a series of adaptable spaces: from the light-filled Garden Room to the grand Drawing Room to the atmospheric Kilvert Hall and Bar for late-night revelry. The house opens onto landscaped lawns, perfect for alfresco feasts and golden-hour receptions, while the gardens set a romantic tone for outdoor ceremonies and weekend gatherings. The newly opened outdoor pool is the perfect spot for a Slim Aarons inspired pool party.
