A Wilderness Reserve BBQ and Brunch
From a 3-day wedding weekend in the Suffolk Countryside
Harriet and Elliot’s three-day wedding celebration at Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk was as much about bringing people together as it was about marking their marriage. To frame the weekend, they hosted two unforgettable gatherings at the rustic yet luxurious Chapel Barn estate.
The Welcome BBQ
The celebrations began with a relaxed barbecue in Chapel Barn’s gardens, a chance for guests to unwind after their journeys and settle into the spirit of the weekend. With long tables laid beneath the Suffolk skies, the atmosphere was convivial and warm. Lettice Events served up a feast of seasonal dishes, grilled over open flames and shared family-style, while a lively soundtrack filled the air. It was the perfect opening note: informal, joyful, and full of anticipation.
The Farewell Brunch
After the wedding day itself at Sibton Park, guests returned to Chapel Barn for a final send-off — a sun-soaked poolside brunch. Cocktails and light bites kept the mood fresh, while the pool became a focal point for laughter, relaxation, and one last chance to celebrate together. It was playful, spirited, and the perfect close to a truly unforgettable wedding weekend.
Together, these two events bookended Harriet and Elliot’s celebrations with connection, fun, and effortless style — a true reflection of their personalities and the immersive experience they wished to give their loved ones.
